No-Frills Basic Delicious Lamb Chops


  • 8 lamb chops

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • (Optional) Fresh chopped parsley, lemon and Greek yogurt sauce



Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or if possible overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 4

Grill the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness (135-145 °F).

Step 5

Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Step 6

(Optional) Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges and a Greek yogurt sauce.
